Any employee of Redcare HMO found to have intentionally violated this Policy may be subject to suitable action including disciplinary action, as defined by the Employee Disciplinary Process. This policy shall be monitored for compliance by the Data Processing Officer(DPO) who will be appointed by the management of Redcare.
